To define Mix't Caribbean Blends' unique market position, I dove deep into their world. This involved gathering in-person customer feedback at a food festival (and, yes, trying the delicious food!), coupled with extensive market and industry research. I then developed clear strategic recommendations, ensuring Tatiana fully understood how to implement them. As a direct result, I also helped her set up her business on Google Maps, significantly increasing discoverability for new customers.
