My work on the ReadyHealth mobile app centered on delivering a truly innovative telemedicine experience. I began by deeply understanding user frustrations with current applications through direct feedback, complemented by thorough market and industry analysis to identify areas for competitive advantage. I also crafted the application's logo. This design was subsequently reviewed by several distinguished product designers, who recognized it as top-tier work equivalent to professional, launched applications.
